Elegant Aesthetics Ltd – Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At Elegant Aesthetics Ltd, we aim to provide exceptional service to every client. To ensure fair access to appointments and smooth scheduling, the following cancellation and no-show policy applies to all bookings. 1. Appointment Deposit 1. Éarlais Coinne

• A €50 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost on the day of the appointment. • Tá éarlais €50 riachtanach chun gach coinne a dhaingniú.

2. Cancellation Policy 2. Polasaí Cealaithe

Free Cancellations

Clients may cancel free of charge in the following situations:
• Cancellation made 24 hours or more before the appointment time.
• Cancellations due to medical grounds (proof may be requested).
• Red weather warnings – all appointments will be cancelled automatically and deposits fully refunded or transferred.

Late Cancellations (Under 24 Hours)

• If cancelled between 24 hours and 12 hours before the appointment:
-- The client loses their €50 deposit, unless they reschedule at the time of cancellation.
• If cancelled under 12 hours before the appointment:
-- The client loses their €50 deposit. Cealuithe Saor in Aisce

3. Rescheduling Policy 3. Polasaí Athsceidealaithe

• Clients may reschedule free of charge if done 24 hours or more before the appointment.
• If rescheduling occurs within 24 to 12 hours, the deposit may be transferred only if the client reschedules at the time of cancellation.

• A no-show occurs when a client does not attend their appointment and provides no notice.
• In the event of a no-show:
-- The client loses their deposit.

• Management reserves the right to waive, adjust, or modify any part of this policy based on individual circumstances.
• Any exceptions are handled case by case and at the discretion of Elegant Aesthetics Ltd.
• Management will review this policy on a yearly basis and may also update or change this policy at any time to suit the needs of the business and its clients.
• If appointment is cancelled on day for treatment after consultation with medical staff no cost will be incurred to the client.
